Daniela Defo romāns "Robinsons Krūzo", kā Kucī romāna "Ienaidnieks" kontradiskurss

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs attiecas uz Daniela Defo “Robinsons Krūzo” un Kucī “Ienaidnieks” kontradiskursa izpēti uz koloniālisma un postkoloniālisma fona literatūrā. Koloniālisma klasiskā mīta pētījuma mērķis ir parādīt, kā dekonstruktīvas metodes ar apvērsumu, iztaujāšanu, pārskatīšanu un līdzīgu shēmu, raksturu un tematu interpretāciju var pacelt problemātiskus domstarpības, kas skar verdzību un pakļaušanu, brīvību un pakļaušanu, noziegumu un atbildību līdz mūsdienu intereses un nozīmīguma līmenim. Literārie imitēšanas un divpusības, sievites nostāsts un ironijas līdzekļi ir efektīvi izmantoti Kucī izpildījumā, lai izveidotu vēstījumu. Tādi postmodernās pasaules jautājumi, kā akls relatīvisms un ignorance, samierināšanās un vienaldzīga attieksme līdz pat sabiedriskai kaitniecībai ir parādīti kā astoņpadsmitā gadsimta un modernās rietumu sabiedrības ērta sadzīves vīzija. Problēmu saknes un uztvere, tālākā attīstība un pastāvība ir parādīta ar abu romānu pretstatījumu caur modernās apziņas atspoguļojumu.

This paper is concerned with the research of the counter-discourse of Daniel Defoe’s “Robinson Crusoe” and J. M. Coetzee’s “Foe” against the background of colonialism and post-colonialism in literature. The purpose of the study of the classical myth of colonialism is to show how deconstructive methods through subversion, interrogation, revision, and interpretation of similar plot-lines, characters, and themes could bring up the problematic issues of slavery and subjection, freedom and subjection, crime and responsibility to the awareness of contemporary interest and significance. The literary devices of mimicry and ambivalence, feminine narration and irony are effectively utilised by Coetzee in order to covey the message. Such issues of post-modern world as blind relativism and ignorance, conciliatory and indifferent attitudes to the evils of the society are exposed as the convenient accommodational vision of the both eighteenth century and contemporary western societies. The roots and conception, further development and tenacity of the problems are shown through juxtaposition of both novels through the reflection of the modern consciousness.
