Abstract

Šis maģistra darbs ir rakstīts par Habad Ļubavič pēdēja līdera – rabīna Menahema Mendela Šneersona – personību: par viņa biogrāfiju un darbību. Autore izvirzīja tēzi, ka rabīns M. M. Šneersons aktualizēja jūdaismu.

Šis maģistra darbs ir sadalīts četras daļās: pirmajā ir aprakstīta Habada vēsture un sniegta rabīna Šneersona darbības vēsturiskais fons, otrā satur rabīna M. Šneersona biogrāfiju, trešā ir par rabīna uzskatiem un mācību un pēdēja – M. Šneersona darbības apraksts.

This MA thesis is written about the last head of Chabad Lubavitch movement – Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson – and consists of his biography and activities description. The authors thesis is Rabbi M. M. Schneerson made Judaism matters for Jews.

The thesis is divided into four parts: the first describes Chabad history and the historical background of Rabbi Schneerson activities, the second consists of M. Schneerson biography, the third is about his teaching and point of views and the last one describes his activities.
