Abstract

Fluorīdu un kalcija noteikšana zobu pastās. Pavlovska E., zinātniskā vadītāja: lektore Gigele R. Bakalaura darbs, 53 lappuses, 24 attēli, 17 tabulas, 10 pielikumi, 30 literatūras avoti. Latviešu valodā. ZOBU PASTAS, FLUORĪDI, KALCIJS, JONOMETRIJA, FOTOMETRIJA, ATOMABSORBCIOMETRIJA, LIESMAS FOTOMETRIJA. Darba gaitā noteikts fluorīdjonu un kalcija saturs dažādās zobu pastās – Crest, Aquafresh, BVF dent, Blend-a-med 3D white, Colgate Max Fresh, Colgate Smiles Shrek, Colgate cavity protection. Apkopoti un salīdzināti fotometriski un jonometriski iegūtie rezultāti fluorīdjonu noteikšanai, kā arī atomabsorbciometriski un ar liesmas fotometriju iegūtie rezultāti kalcija noteikšanai. Iegūtie rezultāti statistiski apstrādāti.

TOOTH PASTES, FLUORIDE, CALCIUM, IONOMETRY, PHOTOMETRY, ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY, FLAME PHOTOMETRY During the working process the fluoride ion and calcium content has been determined in various toothpastes - Crest, Aquafresh, BVF dent, Blend-a-med 3D white, Colgate Max Fresh, Colgate Smiles Shrek, Colgate cavity protection. There have been summarized and compared photometrically and ionometrically obtained results for the determination of fluoride ions, as well as atomic absorbtiometrically and with flame photometry obtained results for the determination of calcium. Obtained results have been statistically processed.
