Fotosintēzes fotoķīmisko reakciju intensitāte dažādu ekoloģisko grupu ķērpjiem saistībā ar ūdens saturu

Abstract

Darbā aprakstīta fotosintēzes fotoķīmisko reakciju intensitāte dažādu ekoloģisko grupu ķērpjiem saistībā ar ūdens saturu. Mērķis bija noskaidrot un salīdzināt fotoķīmisko reakciju aktivitātes atšķirības dažādu ekoloģisko grupu ķērpjiem natīvā stāvoklī, kā arī pēc rehidrācijas dažādos laikos. Ievāca 15 ķērpju sugu paraugus, kuriem noteica ūdens saturu un fotoķīmisko reakciju intensitāti natīvā stāvoklī. Fotoķīmisko reakciju intensitāti paraugiem noteica arī 20, 40, 60 minūtes pēc rehidrācijas, bet septiņiem paraugiem pēc rehidrācijas fotoķīmisko reakciju intensitāti mērīja 10 minūšu garumā. Tāpat arī fotoķīmisko procesu atjaunošanās intensitāti noteica herbārija paraugiem (1998. – 2009. gads) pēc 2 h ilgas rehidrācijas.

The paper describes the intensity of photochemical reactions of lichens from different ecological groups in respect to water content. The aim was to determine and compare the differences in photochemical reactions in diverse ecological groups of lichens in native state, as well as after rehydration in different times. Fifteen samples of lichens were collected. Water content andthe rate of photochemical reactions were measured in native state of lichens. Intensity of photochemical reactions was also measured 20, 40, 60 minutes after rehydration and for seven species intensity of photochemical reactions was also measured for 10 minute period after the rehydration. The photochemical process recovery was also measured for herbarium specimens (1998th – 2009th) after 2 h of rehydration.
