Notekūdeņu dūņu apsaimniekošana Bauskas rajonā un Fredriksundas komūnā (Dānija) – kopīgais un atšķirīgais

Abstract

Dānija ir viena no vadošajām valstīm notekūdeņu dūņu apsaimniekošanā Eiropas Savienībā. Tās noteikumi ir vieni no stingrākajiem, taču dūņu izmantošanas īpatsvars viens no augstākajiem ~60%. Šī darba mērķis ir salīdzināt Bauskas rajona un Frederikssundas komūnas notekūdeņu dūņu apsaimniekošanu, ar domu veicināt Latvijas notekūdeņu dūņu apsaimniekošanas sistēmas uzlabošanu. Darba izstrādes gaitā iegūtie rezultāti liecina, kā Dānija ieviešot savā dūņu apsaimniekošanas politikā 3 vienkārši izprotamas metodes, kā arī visus ar notekūdeņu dūņu jautājumiem saistītos aspektus, apvienojot zem vienas institūcijas, ir spējusi būtiski uzlabot dūņu kvalitāti, kā rezultātā Frederikssundas komūnas BAI dūņu kvalitāte pēc smago metālu satura, neraugoties uz to lielo slodzi ir, labāka nekā Bauskas rajona salīdzinoši mazo BAI dūņu kvalitāte.

Denmark is one of the leading countries in sewage sludge management in the EU. With one of the strictest rules but still one of the highest using rates for agriculture. The aim of this thesis is to compare the sewage sludge management and its’ gained results of the two municipalities of Bauska and Frederikssund, with the idea of developing the sewage sludge management system in Latvia. The results acquired during the study, show how the implementations of 3 simple methods in the sewage sludge policy of Denmark and the research done by the Danish EPA has increased the quality of sludge. As a result of this the sludge from the WWTP of the municipality of Frederikssund turned out to be of a better quality (comparing with the heavy metal concentration) than the sludge from the comparably much smaller WWTP of the municipality of Bauska.
