Sievietes lomas maiņa sabiedrībā tradicionālajā un 20.gadsimta Ķīnā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēmas nosaukums ir „Sievietes lomas maiņa sabiedrībā tradicionālajā un 20.gadsimta Ķīnā”. Darbā apkopota un analizēta informācija par sievietes lomu tradicionālās Ķīnas sabiedrībā, tradīcijās un kultūras veidošanā, kā arī, kādā veidā sabiedrībā pastāvošās tradīcijas iespaidojušas sieviešu ikdienas dzīvi, viņu garīgo un fizisko attīstību. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo Ķīna mūsdienās ir ieguvusi lielu ietekmi starptautisko procesu veidošanā un tāpēc ir būtiski izprast Ķīnas sabiedrības struktūru, un to, cik lielā mērā Ķīnas iekšējo procesu veidošanā bija iespēja piedalīties sievietēm, kā šīs sabiedrības būtiskai sastāvdaļai. Darba galvenais uzdevums ir izpētīt sievietes lomu divos dažādos laika posmos Ķīnas vēsturē, izprast sievietes pozīciju sabiedrībā un ģimenē, kā arī mēģināt saprast kādas izmaiņas ir notikušas sievietes dzīvē pārejot no tradicionālās uz 20.gadsimta Ķīnu. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām. Pirmā daļa veltīta sievietes lomai un tās analīzei tradicionālajā Ķīnā. Otrajā daļā tiek apskatīta sievietes loma 20.gadsimta Ķīnā. Viens no galvenajiem secinājumiem ir: Ķīnas vēsturē dominēja patriarhālās sabiedrības modelis, kas arī noteica sievietes pasīvo lomu. Tomēr pēc izmaiņām sabiedrībā 20.gadsimtā, sievietes loma mainījās – pienākumi un atbildība palielinājās, un līdz ar to arī sievietes iespējas sāka paplašināties.

The Bachelor paper`s topic is „The change of womens role of traditional and 20th century society of China”. The paper combines and analyses information concerning the role of women in the historical society, tradition and culture of China, as well as, the way the traditions that exist in society have influenced the everyday lives of women, their mental and physical development. The topic is of importance, because nowadays China has gained considerable influence in the shaping of international processes, and therefore it is important and interesting to understand the structure of Chinese society and how extensive was the participation of women, who are an important part of society, in the making of these processes. The main goal of this paper is to examine the role of women in two different time periods in Chinese history, to understand the position of women in society and in the family, as well as, try to understand what kind of changes have happened in the woman`s life while crossing from traditional into 20th century China. The paper is divided into two parts. The first part examines and analyses the role of women in traditional China, the second describes the role of women in 20th Century China. The main conclusion is that the patriarchal society in Chinese history defined the passive role of woman, but after the change in society during the 20th century, the role of women have changed: their duties and responsibilities increased, therefore woman`s opportunities expanded.
