Valsts komunikācija ar sabiedrību par eiro ieviešanu

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Valsts komunikācija ar sabiedrību par eiro ieviešanu” ir pētījums par valsts (konkrētajā pētījumā Finanšu ministrijas eiro komunikācijas projekta darbinieku) veidoto komunikāciju ar sabiedrību par eiro ieviešanu – kā tiek komunicēts ar sabiedrību, kā valsts darbinieku ikdienas praksēs tiek konstruēts diskurss par eiro un izpratne par sabiedrību. Pētījuma mērķis – noskaidrot valsts komunikāciju un tās diskursu ar sabiedrību eiro ieviešanā, ņemot par pamatu eiro komunikācijas projekta darbinieku ikdienu un naratīvu, un kā šajā kontekstā tiek uztverta sabiedrība (vai tā tiek uztverta vienoti vai fragmentāri, kādas ir robežas starp valsti un sabiedrību, kāda ir attieksme pret sabiedrību un kā tā mainās). Pētījuma rezultāti norāda, ka valsts sabiedrību uztver fragmentāri, sadalītu pa grupām, jo tā vieglāk ir to pārraudzīt, informēt un izglītot. Ir novērojama gan starppersonu, gan masu komunikācija attiecībā pret sabiedrību konkrētajā jautājumā, tomēr lēmumu pieņemšana ziņ

Bachelor’s research paper „Communication of state with society about euro implementation” is a research on the State’s (in the case of particular research, project officials of Ministry of Finance’s Euro communication project ) constructed communication with the society on implementation of Euro currency – how does the communication with the society take place, how is the discourse on Euro currency and the understanding of the society constructed through the daily routine of the government officials. The purpose of the research – to find out the State’s communication and its discourse on Euro currency with the society in the context of the Euro implementation, as the basis of the research using the daily routine and narrative of the Euro implementation project officials, and how in this context the society is perceived (is it perceived as unified or fragmented entity, what are the borders between the State and society, what is the attitude towards the society and how does it change).
