Japānas ekonomikas attīstības tendences pēckara laikā

Abstract

Darbs ir veltīts Japānas ekonomikas attīstības problēmām, kas radās vēsturiskā gaitā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Japānas ekonomiskas attīstības tendences perioda no 1945. gada (pēckara laiks) līdz 2000. gadam, ka arī Japānas 1990. gada ekonomiskas krīzes izcelsmes faktorus un iespējamību izmantot Japānas pieredzi krīžu problēmu risināšanā. Darbā tiek aplūkota Japānas ekonomikas pēckara attīstības specifika, tā perioda ekonomikas ietekmes faktori, “Japānas brīnuma” specifika, mūžīgās nodarbinātības sistēma, Amakudari fenomens, Japānas ekonomikas kritums, politiskā dzīve, Japānas banku sistēmas funkcionēšanas īpatnības, fondu birža, Japāņu “burbuļa” parādība, 1990. krīze. Darbā tiek veikta arī salīdzinoša analīze, un tas mērķis ir novērtēt iespēju izmantot Japānas pieredzi krīžu problēmu risināšanā citās valstīs un Latvijā.

The topic of this dissertation is to explore the economy of Japan and its problems throughout the history since 1945 and until the year 2000. The aim of the dissertation is to explore the possibility of using the Japanese experience of identifying suitable solutions in order to emerge from economic recession.

This dissertation look into the following topics of the Japanese post-war development: the factors influencing the economy of Japan, the concept of ‘Japanese miracle’, the idea of a ‘lifetime employment’, ‘amakudari’ phenomena, Japanese economy downturns – the causes and consequences, Japanese market crash, Japanese bubble, politics, Japanese banking system and stock market.

In addition an objective of this dissertation is to analyze the results of the Japanese market crash in 1990s. The Japanese experience is approached from Latvian position and the importance of the mentioned topic is apparent due to the current financial crisis experience by Latvia.
