Sižeta aizguvumi no G.Merķeļa „Vanems Imanta” (1802) A.Pumpura „Lāčplēsī” (1888)

Abstract

Darbā sniegts vispārīgs apskats par eposa un nacionāleposa jēdzienu un to rašanās apstākļiem. Izpētīti latviešu tautas eposa „Lāčplēsis” tapšanas sociokulturālie apstākļi, eposs kā nacionālās identitātes simbols, folkloras un mitoloģijas elementu izmatojums eposā. Salīdzināti divi literāri darbi- „Lāčplēsis” un G. Merķeļa „Vanems Imanta”, lai apstiprinātu pieņēmumu, ka „Lāčplēša” sižeta pamatā ir G.Merķeļa „Vanems Imanta”. Darba uzdevumi: vispārīgi raksturot eposa un nacionāleposa jēdzienu un to rašanās īpatnības, izpētīt folkloras elementu izmantojumu eposā „Lāčplēsis”, analizēt folkloras elementu nozīmi eposa sižeta attīstībā, salīdzināt un analizēt abu literāro darbu sižeta elementus, galvenos varoņus, laika un telpas attēlojumu . Pētījumā secināts, ka eposā „Lāčplēsis” folklora ietekmē tikai ārējo formu, sižeta līnija lielā mērā aizgūta no „Vanema Imantas”. Ļoti liela daļa sižeta elementu folklorā nav atrodami.

This written work contains general survey about the idea of epos and national epic and the conditions of their origination. The author has investigated sociocultural conditions of the origination of national epic, national epic as the symbol of the national identity, elements of Latvian folklore and mythology in the plot of “Lāčplēsis”. The author has compared two literary works: “Lāčplēsis” and “Wannem Ymanta” by G.Merkel to confirm the presumption that the plot of “Lāčplēsis” is based on the plot of “Wannem Ymanta”. Reserch tasks: to describe the general survey about the idea of epos and national epic, to explore the use of the elements of Latvian folklore and mythology in “Lāčplēsis”, to analyze and compare the plots, the main characters, depiction of time and space in both literary works and to determine the influence of “Wannem Ymanta” on the plot of “Lāčplēsis”. In this research the author has come to conclusion, that the folklore has more decorative function in "Lāčplēsis".
