Galvenais m\mērķis - noskaidrot, cik lielā mērā sasniegts līdzvērtīgums tulkojumā. Uzdevums - salīdzināt oriģinālo tekstu un tulkojumu, izskatīt oriģinālvalodas vārdu nozīmi, salīdzināt tos, noskaidrot, vai tulkototājs ir izvēlējies tiešus ekvivalentus. Rezultāts ir šāds pieņēmums - tulkotājs augstā līmenī ir atveidojis oriģināla informāciju, izmantojot ekvivalentus, bet ir bieži izveidojis tulkojuma transformācijas, aizstājot neesošu ekvivalentu tulkotā valodā. Translation in modern days has an important role regarding communication in society. The main problem is the equivalence of translation - equivalence of the original text and the text of the translated language. The main goal - to find out in what degree the equivalence of translation has been achieved. Task - to compare the original text and the translation, to examine the meaning of the words within original text and the meaning of words within translation to compare them, to understand if the translator has chosen the exact equivalents. The result is the following assumption - translator has achieved a high degree of original information conveyed through word - equivalents, but has often created translation transformation, replacing the original meaning, if there is no equivalent of it in the translated language.
