| dc.description.abstract | Darbā aprakstītas ar fotosintēzi saistīto parametru izmaiņas dažādām briofītu sugām boreonemorālajos biotopos saistībā ar ūdens saturu. Mērķis bija noteikt fotosintēzes pigmentu koncentrāciju sezonālās izmaiņas dažādām briofītu sugām no atšķirīgiem biotopiem un meklēt to saistību ar augšanas substrātu, funkcionālo piederību, ūdens saturu, kā arī, fotosintēzes fotoķīmisko reakciju intensitāti, ko raksturo hlorofila fluorescences rādītāji. Kopā ievāca 25 briofītu sugu 26 paraugus no pieciem dažādiem biotopiem. Fotosintēzes pigmentu noteikšanā izmantoja spektrofotometrijas metodi. Iegūtos pigmentu rezultātus salīdzināja ar hlorofila a fluorescences analīzes datiem, kas iegūti Augu fizioloģijas un Botānikas un ekoloģijas katedrās. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The paper describes changes in photosynthesis related parameters for different species of bryophytes in boreonemoral habitats associated with water content. The aim was to determine concentration of photosynthetic pigments according to seasonal changes in different species of bryophytes from different habitats and to look for their relationship to the growth substrate, functional background, water content as well as the intensity of photochemical reaction of photosynthesis which are characterized by chlorophyll a fluorescence indicators. Twenty-six samples of altogether twenty-five bryophytes species were collected from five different habitats. Photosynthetic pigments were determined by method of spectrophotometry. The obtained results of pigments were compared with chlorophyll a fluorescence analysis of data obtained from departments of Plant Physiology and Botany and Ecology. | en_US |
