Abstract

Izstrādātais darbs „Bezdarbs un migrācijas procesi Ogres novadā” ļauj ielūkoties un ieskatīties vienā no aktuālākajām mūsdienu problēmām – bezdarbs un tā izrietošās sekas jeb izceļošana. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt bezdarba un nodarbinātības situāciju Ogres novadā, un raksturot ar to saistītās migrācijas iezīmes, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus nodarbinātības līmeņa paaugstināšanai Ogres novadā. Rezultāti ir iegūti un atspoguļoti, pamatojoties uz Ogres novada iedzīvotāju norādītām atbildēm anketās. Secinājumi veidoti uz rezultātiem, kas attiecīgi balstās uz ievāktām aptaujām „par darba iespējām Ogres novadā”, kā arī „par darba meklējumiem ārzemēs”. Vadoties pēc iegūtajiem rezultātiem, autors ir izstrādājis un piedāvājies iespējamos priekšlikumus un variantus, lai rastu atbildes uz izvirzīto mērķi. The bachelor thesis "Unemployment and Migration Proceedings of Ogre district," allows the look and the look in one of the most topical problems of modern for the time - unemployment and its consequences, or exits. The aim is to explore the possible motivations and reasons for existence, the tendency to go for a better life and seek employment abroad. In this way, trying to improve and reduce this alarming trend. The results have been obtained and recorded on the basis of the Ogre novads residents indicated the answers in the questionnaires. Conclusions are based on the results, respectively, based on surveys "Job opportunities in Ogre novads" as well as" Searching for employment abroad."
