Kuldīgas novada veloceliņu iespējamā izmantošana ģeogrāfiskajā izglītībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Kuldīgas novada veloceliņu iespējamā izmantošana ģeogrāfiskā izglītībā” veltīts, lai noskaidrotu iespējas, kā Kuldīgas novada veloceliņus un to tuvumā esošos apskates objektus izmantot kā uzskates un papildmateriālu skolu ģeogrāfijas stundās, dodot iespēju mācību stundās lasīto un dzirdēto apskatīt arī dabā. Tas veicinātu un uzlabotu skolēnu izpratni par dabā notiekošajiem procesiem un parādībām, ko bieži vien tikai teorētiski iegūtas zināšanas nespēj nodrošināt. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izvērtēt veloceliņus un to tuvumā esošo ģeogrāfisko objektu izmantošanas iespējas skolu ģeogrāfijas izglītībā. Rezultātā tika izveidoti četri jauni maršruti, kuri iekļauj gandrīz visus veloceliņu tuvumā esošos ģeogrāfiskos apskates objektus, ieskaitot arī cita veida apskates objektus, kā arī tika izveidoti ieteikumi, lai esošo veloceliņu stāvokli uzlabotu un papildinātu ar jauniem ģeogrāfiskā izglītībā izmantojamiem objektiem.

The Bachelor’s work „Potential use of Kuldīga municipality bicycle routes in geographical education” is dedicated to research the opportunities how Kuldīga municipality bicycle lanes and sightseeing objects situated near these lanes can be used as visual and teaching aids in geography lessons at school providing the possibility to implement the acquired knowledge in lessons outside the classroom - in nature. It would improve students’ understanding of natural phenomena and natural processes which cannot be properly understood only through theory. The aim of the Bachelor’s work is to evalute the potential use of Kuldīga municipality bicycle routes in geographical education. In the result four new bicycle routes were worked out which offer the opportunity to see almost all geographical and other type of objects situated on these routes. The author provides his suggestions how to improve the existing lanes and what other objects should be added to be used in geographical education.
