Abstract

Bakalaura darba Sievietes tēla sistēmiskā koncepcija Homēra tekstos: vizuālais aspekts mērķis ir Homēra eposu ietvaros apzināt un izpētīt sievietes tēla vizuālo izpausmi un funkcionālo nozīmi, kā arī šo kategoriju mijiedarbes un līdzāspastāvēšanas specifiku. Tiek izvirzīti uzdevumi iepazīties ar Homēra Īliadas un Odisejas tulkojumiem, apzināt pieejamo zinātnisko literatūru un veidot sieviešu tēlu klasifikāciju, atklāt to vizuālā portretējuma iezīmes un veikt tēlu savstarpēju salīdzinājumu. Tiek secināts, ka sieviešu tēli Homēra eposos neapšaubāmi uzskatāmi par skaistiem, un šis skaistums ir tēlus vienojoša kopīgā īpašība, kas raksturo gan dievietes, gan arī mirstīgās sievietes. The aim of the bachelor’s paper The Systematic Concept of the Image of a Woman in the Texts by Homer: The Visual Aspect is to identify and characterize woman's visual appearance and functional role in Homer’s texts, as well as specifics and coexistence of these categories. The following tasks were set for the research: to get acquainted with the translations of Homer’s “Iliad” and “Odyssey”, to study the available scholarly literature, to create the classification of women characters, to point out the characteristics of the visual portrait and to perform the comparative analysis of the characters. It is concluded that without doubt the characters of women in Homer's epos can be considered beautiful. This beauty is the common characteristic that unifies goddesses and mortal women.
