| dc.description.abstract | Diplomdarbā apskatīta anglicismu izmantošana banku valodā Dānijā un Latvijā, kā arī pētīti iemesli anglicismu izmantošanai banku diskursā. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt angļu valodas ietekmi uz latviešu un dāņu valodām darbinieku savstarpējā saskarsmē GE Money bankā Dānijā un tās filiālē Latvijā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika veikts atsevišķa gadījuma pētījums, kas sastāvēja no aptaujas darbiniekiem Latvijā un Dānijā, kā arī no autores personīgās pieredzes un novērojumiem. Pētījuma gaitā tika atklāti galvenie iemesli anglicismu izmantošanai banku sarunvalodā, kā arī izpētīta angļu valodas ietekme uz latviešu un dāņu valodām banku diskursā.

| dc.description.abstract | The Diploma Paper deals with the usage of anglicisms in banking communication in Denmark and in Latvia as well as the reasons for using anglicisms in banking discourse. The aim of the Diploma paper is to explore the influence of the English language on Latvian and Danish in the communication of the employees of the GE Money Bank in Denmark and in its branch bank in Latvia. To achieve the aim, the case study was carried out consisting of the questionnaire for the employees in Denmark and in Latvia as well as the author's personal experience and observations. During the research, the main reasons for using anglicisms in everyday banking communication were found out and consequently the influence of English on Latvian and Danish languages was explored and described.
