Īslaicīga normobāriska hipoksija treniņu laikā pozitīvi ietekmē organisma adaptācijas reakcijas. Tomēr precīzi mehānismi, kas to ietekmē, nav zināmi un tiek vēl pētīti. Šajā bakalaura darbā tiks apskatīti ķīmijreflksa jutību raksturojošo plaušu ventilācijas parametru, sirdsdarbības frekvences un sistoles tilpuma, kā arī gāzu maiņas ekvivalentu atkarība no akūtas normobāriskas hipoksijas dziļuma un ilguma fizioloģiskā miera stāvoklī.
Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka ķīmijrefleksa jutībai ir tendence palielināties, palielinot normobāriskas hipoksijas dziļumu. Bachelors thesis: Influence of episodic systemic hypoxia on chemoreflex sensitivity. Short-term normobaric hypoxia positively affects the body’s adaptive response during training. However, the precise mechanisms that impact is not known and is still studied. This bachelor work will be discussed in various cardiac parameters during different acute normobaric hypoxia while body is in physiological rest.
The research results show that sensitivity and dynamics of chemoreflex tends to increase, by increasing the depth and length of normobaric hypoxia.
