Baktēriju Pseudomonas fluorescens AM11 fizioloģiskās atbildes reakcijas uz tīrīsanas līdzekļiem ar pievienotu dezinfektantu pētīšana

Abstract

Dažādiem rūpnieciski ražotiem tīrīšanas līdzekļiem ir nepieciešamas arī dezinficējošas īpašības. Darba mērķis bija pētīt baktēriju P. fluorescens AM11 fizioloģiskās atbildes reakciju uz dažāda sastāva tīrīšanas līdzekļiem ar pievienotu dezinfektantu - dimetildodecilamīna N-oksīdu (DDAO). Tika salīdzināti eksperimentu rezultāti ar baktēriju periodisko kultūru mikroplatēs un līdzekļu difūziju agarā. DDAO pievienošana līdzeklim A spēj uzlabot vai samazināt tā dezinficējošās īpašības atkarībā no līdzekļa A koncentrācijas. Papildus barības vielas barotnē un ilgstoša dezinfektanta atšķaidījuma pirmsinkubācija samazina tā inhibējošo efektu. Darbs izstrādāts LU Mikrobioloģijas un biotehnoloģijas institūtā, laika posmā no 2014. gada septembrim līdz 2015. gada maijam. Literatūras apskatā tika izmantoti 47 literatūras avoti. Metodes un rezultāti tika apkopoti 11 attēlos un 5 pielikumos.

Some industrially manufactured cleaning compositions need to have also disinfectant properties. The aim of this work was to study bacteria P.fluorescens AM11 physiological response to different cleaning compositions with added disinfectant – dimethyldodecylamine N-oxide (DDAO). The results on two experiments performed with periodic culture in microplates and with agar diffusion method were compared. Addition of DDAO to cleaning composition A can improve or decrease disinfecting properties of this mixture depending on concentration of cleaning composition A. Also an addition of extra nutrients to broth or long-term preincubation of disinfectant in dilutions can decrease its inhibitory effect. Work has been developed at the Institute of Microbiology and Biotechnology for the period from September 2014 to May 2015. There were 47 references used in literature review. Methods and results were summarized in 11 figures and 4 amendments.
