Vispārīgo korpusu tekstu lietojums artikulu apguvē augstskolā

Abstract

Maģistra darbs ir veltīts vispārīgo korpusu tekstu izmantošanai artikulu mācīšanas materiālu (uzdevumu un testu) izveidē. Šī darba mērķis bija iekļaut dažādu veidu un jomu vispārīgo korpusu tekstus artikulu mācīšanā un testēšanā augstskolā. Teoriju apskats atklāj, ka jau kopš 1960. gadiem ir veicināta uz tekstu korpusiem balstīto materiālu izveide angļu valodas mācīšanā, tomēr šo materiālu klāsts nav pietiekams. Pētījuma praktiskā daļa atspoguļo artikulu vissarežģītākos un vieglākos lietošanas gadījumus, kas iegūti izmantojot gadījuma pētījuma metodi, iekļaujot uz korpusiem balstītu uzdevumu un testu izveidi.

This master thesis is devoted to the use of general corpora texts in designing teaching materials (tasks and tests) on the articles. The goal of this paper was to integrate the general corpora texts of different text types and domains in teaching and testing the articles at the tertiary level. The theoretical findings show that although the use of corpora-based teaching materials has been promoted since 1960s, the lack of ready-to-use corpora-based materials is evident also nowadays. The empirical part comprises the discussion of the most challenging and the easiest uses of the English articles detected in a case study involving the creation of corpora-based task sets and tests.
