Japānas sabiedrības straujā novecošanās un šīs problēmas risināšanas metodes

Abstract

Kā zināms, mūsdienu Japānā ir viens no zemākajiem dzimstības līmeņiem pasaulē. Saskaņā ar 2014. gada septembrī publicētiem datiem, 33% Japānas iedzīvotāju ir vecuma grupā virs sešdesmit gadiem. Prognozes liecina, ka nākamajos piecdesmit gados veco ļaužu īpatsvars attiecībā pret bērniem un darbspējas vecumā esošajiem cilvēkiem turpinās pieaugt, kas to padara par ļoti nopietnu problēmu Japānas valsts turpmākā, sekmīgā funkcionēšanā. Lai ar to cīnītos tiek izstrādātas dažādas metodes, no kurām dažas tiks apskatītas šajā bakalaura darbā.

Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts Japānas sabiedrības novecošanās problēmas izpētei. Galvenie mērķi ir apzināt šīs parādības iemeslus, no tās izrietošās sekas kā arī aplūkot Japānas valdības veiktos pasākumus tās mazināšanai un izdarīt secinājumus par šo darbību efektivitāti.

Modern Japan is known to have one of the lowest fertility rates in the world. According to data, publicized on september 2014, 33% of japanese population consists of people who are older than 60 years. Forecasts predict, that in the next 50 years the ratio of the elderly people against the children and people in the working age will continue to increase, which makes it a very serious proble in the context of succesfull development of Japan. To decrease this tendency various methods are being developed, some of which will be examined in this bachelor thesis.

The thesis is dedicated to the exploration of the aging of japanese society. The main goals are to identify the reasons of this phenomenon, the consequences it creates and also to examine the actions japanese government is taking to fight this problem and to make conclusions about the efficiency of them.
