Jauno vietvārdu (oikonīmu un urbanonīmu)
darināšanas tendences Latvijā un Lietuvā
Latvijā un Lietuvā ir radušies jauni ielu un dzīvojamo namu kvartālu nosaukumi, bet tie līdz šim ir maz pētīti.
Pētījuma mērķis ir apzināt Rīgas un Viļņas jaunos vietvārdus, izprast to darināšanas tendences, noskaidrot iedzīvotāju attieksmi.
Darba uzdevumi: apkopot Rīgas un Viļņas jaunos hodonīmus, noskaidrot jauno kvartālu nosaukumu veidošanas motivāciju un darināšanas paņēmienu, veikt anketēšanu, apkopot un komentēt sniegtās atbildes.
Pētījuma materiālu veido 532 jaunas (2000.–2015.) toponīmiskās vienības: 154 Rīgas un 319 Viļņas jaunie hodonīmi, 32 Rīgas un 27 Viļņas jauno dzīvojamo namu kvartālu nosaukumu piemēri, kas analizēti no darināšanas un to motivācijas viedokļa. Derivation Tendencies of New Toponyms

New street and housing estate names have appeared in Latvia and Lithuania, but the research carried out to date is very minimal.
The goal of the research is to identify the new toponyms of Riga and Vilnius, to find out their derivation tendencies, attitudes to them.
The objectives of the research are to collect the new toponyms of Riga and Vilnius, to find out the motivation and types of derivation, to carry out the questionnaire, comment the pool data.
The collected material (2000-2015) consists of 532 new toponymic lexemes: 154 hodonyms of Riga, 319 of Vilnius; 32 oikonyms of Riga, 27 of Vilnius that are analyzed from the point of view of motivation and toponymical derivation.
