Hermeneitika un ģenealoģija (M. Fuko un H.-G. Gadamers)

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek uzrādīta domas gaita, kādā Mišela Fuko intelektuālajā darbībā iezīmējas hermeneitika, tam norisinoties caur domātāja izstrādāto ģenealoģiju kā domāšanas sistēmu pārmaiņu atklāšanas metodi. Tā tiks salīdzināta ar Hansa-Georga Gadamera izstrādāto filozofisko hermeneitiku, par salīdzinājuma izejas punktu izvēloties citādību, pētot, kā tā parādās abu domātāju risinātajos jautājumos. Tēmas aktualitāte saistāma ar tagadnes vēstures darināšanu, kas norisinās gan M. Fuko, gan H.-G. Gadamera filozofijā, atklājot vēstures ietekmi uz tagadnīgā cilvēka domāšanu, kā apzināšanās tātad var kalpot par līdzekli kā pagātnes, tā tagadnes saprašanai, sniedzot iespēju pārskatīt arī pašiem sevi.

This paper demonstrates the connection between M. Foucault’s ideas and hermeneutics, through the use of his genealogy as a method for the discovery of systematic thought alterations. It will be compared with H.-G. Gadamer’s philosophical hermeneutics, using „otherness/difference” as an overlapping concept, which appears in the works of both thinkers. The relevance of this paper is linked with creation of the history of present, which takes place in both Foucault’s and Gadamer’s philosophy, by exploring history’s impact on the modern man’s thought processes. Awareness of this impact can aid in understanding both the past and the present, as well as ourselves.
