Psihoemocionālais risks būvspeciālitiem un to palīgiem. Maģistra darbs. Darba autore: Linda Zustrene. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: asoc.profesore Anda Prikšāne. Darbs izklāstīts uz 61 lappuses, ietver 35 attēlus 11 tabulas, 35 literatūras avotus, 3 pielikumus. Latviešu valodā.
Pētījums sastāv no 3 daļām.
Psihoemocionālās slodze atstāj ietekmi uz to veselības stāvokli, ietekmē pašu būvspeciālistu un to palīgu dzīvesveids ikdienā. Psycho-emotional risks for certified construction specialists and their assistants. Master's Thesis. Author of the Paper: Linda Zustrene. Supervisor: associate professor Anda Prikšāne. The Thesis consists of 61 pages. It includes 35 pictures, 11 tables, 35 sources and 3 appendices. Language: Latvian.
The Paper consists of three parts. In the first part of the Paper information about construction specialist working environment, major stressors, psycho-emotional load’s effects on the construction workers’ and their assistants’ health and lifestyle has been gathered and analyzed. In the second part methods used in the research have been described. The third part of the Paper deals with the data assessment. In addition, the impact of respondent’s lifestyle and health on their stress levels has been analyzed. Practical recommendations to reduce psycho-emotional risk and increase adaptive capacity for certified construction specialists and their assistants have been developed. Methodology used: Finnish 5-point method K-4 matrix, questionnaire "Evaluation of the Validity of Job Exposure Matrix for Psychosocial Factors at Work”, James H. Amirkhan SOS method, a modified Cohen–Hoberman Inventory of Physical Symptoms method, and a modified work stressor questionnaire of the American institue of Preventive Medicine.
The results of the study indicate that certified construction specialists deal with high psycho-emotional risks on a daily basis. The psycho-emotional load affects their health, and the stress influences the adaptability of construction specialist and their assistant lifestyle.
