Savējā un svešā opozīcija Marjus Ivaškeviča daiļradē

Abstract

Maģistra darbā analizētas mūsdienu lietuviešu rakstnieka Marjus Ivaškeviča (Marius Ivaškevičius) lietuviešu valodā publicētās lugas un prozas teksti, kā arī divas latviski tulkotās lugas iestudējumu vajadzībām. Pētījuma ietvaros veikta hermeneitiska un fenomenoloģiska daiļrades analīze un izveidots sižetiski analītisks darbu pārskats. Marjus Ivaškevičs savos darbos no šodienas perspektīvas raugās uz lietuviešu nacionālās identitātes jautājumu un tiecas pārradīt dažādus kolektīvās apziņas mītus. Postkoloniālisma teorijas un postmodernisma estētikas aspektā analizēta savējā un svešā opozīcijas atklāsme un funkcionalitāte pēc klasifikācijas principa – pašapzināšanās process, apspiestā un apspiedēja attieksmes, svešais kā vilinājums un savējā un svešā simbioze. Savējā un svešā pretmeti Marjus Ivaškeviča daiļradē neatklājas krasu kontrastu veidā, bet gan savstarpējas līdzāspastāvēšanas aspektā.

The Master Paper focuses on the analysis of the opposition of the Self and the Other in the published works of a contemporary Lithuanian playwright and novelist Marius Ivaškevičius. Both phenomenological and hermeneutic methods have been applied to the analysis. In his works Marius Ivaškevičius questions and recreates myths and concepts of the Lithuanian collective consciousness, as well as reflects on the subject of national identity. The different manifestations and functionality of the opposition of the Self and the Other are analysed within the context of postcolonial literature studies and the principles of postmodern writing. The perception of the opposition is divided and analysed in the following four categories: The Process of Self-awareness, Subaltern-suppressor Relations, Other As an Enticement, and Symbiosis. The opposition of the Self and the Other in the works of Marius Ivaškevičius unfolds in the perspective of coexistence and reciprocal impact.
