Uzņēmuma Rīgas audums personālsastāvs 1945 - 1953

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma „Uzņēmuma “Rīgas Audums” personālsastāvs laika posmā no 1945. gada līdz 1953.gadam” atspoguļo konkrētā uzņēmuma atjaunošanu un attīstību no 1945. gada līdz 1953.gadam. Tā vadības realizēto politiku un uzņēmumā esošo personālsastāvu. Darba mērķis - uzņēmuma „Rīgas Audums” vadības un strādniecības sastāva un darba disciplīnas analīze laika posma no 1945. gada līdz 1953.gadam. Pētījuma mērķa realizēšanai, sākotnēji tiks atspoguļots Latvijas PSR rūpniecības stāvoklis laika posmā no 1945. gada līdz 1953.gadam, kam sekos PSKP CK noteiktais attīstības virziens, ar to domājot plānveida saimniecību un vissavienības sacensību, tad uzņēmuma personālsastāva analīze un darba disciplīna.

The topic of this Masters’ Thesis is “The Personnel of “Rīgas Audums” from 1945 to 1953”, reflecting the renewal and development of the company after the Second World War until 1953, as well as the leadership and management of the company. The aim of this study is the analysis of the management and workers and their work discipline from 1945 to 1953. To fulfill this aim, initially there will be a reflection of the condition of industry in the Latvian SSR during the aftermath of the Second World War until 1953. This will be followed by the analysis of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party’s policy of planned economy and Union-wide competition. This will be concluded by the analysis of “Rīgas Audums” personnel and work discipline.
