Slenga lietojums igauņu vietvārdos

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Slenga lietojums igauņu vietvārdos” ir veltīts slengam, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot tieši tam, kā slengs ir sastopams vietvārdos. Tajā ir aplūkoti slenga vietvārdu veidošanās principi, izcelsme un lietojuma specifika. Darba teorētiskajā daļā apkopota informācija par slengu, tā veidošanos, nozīmi valodā un iedalījumu. Kā arī informācija par vietvārdiem un ar tiem saistīto terminoloģiju. Balstoties uz teorētisko materiālu ir veidota praktiskā daļa, kura sastāv no apkopoto slenga vietvārdu piemēru un Tallinas Universitātes studentu vidū veiktās aptaujas datu analīzes un salīdzinājuma ar latviešu slenga vietvārdiem. Darba apjoms ir 47 lapaspuses, to veido nodaļas ar apakšnodaļām. Darba pielikumā atrodamas tabulas ar igauņu un latviešu slenga vietvārdu piemēriem.

Bachelor’s Thesis “Slang Usage in Estonian Place Names” is devoted to slang, paying special attention to usage of slang toponyms. Research has been made about principles of making slang toponyms, their origins and specifics of their usage. Theoretical part contains information about slang, it’s origins, about part it plays in language and how it is divided. Also it contains information about toponyms and terminology connected to them. Research has been made based on theoretical information, it contains examples of slang toponyms and analysis of data, that were collected during a survey within students of Tallinn University, and comparison between latvian and estonian slang toponyms. Bachelor’s thesis consists of 47 pages, main part consists of chapters and several subchapters.
