Japānas modernās policijas izveide 20.gs., attīstība un ietekme uz mūsdienu Japānas sabiedrību

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Japānas modernās policijas izveide 20. gs. , attīstība un ietekme uz mūsdienu Japānas sabiedrību” mērķis bija noskaidrot vai Japānas drošību nodrošina Japānas policija vai Japānas kultūra, sabiedrības audzināšana un tradīcijas. Tāpat darbā tika izpētīts kā mūsdienu Japānas policija veidojās, attīstījās un kā tā ietekmē mūsdienu sabiedrību. Neskatoties uz to, ka Japāna vēsturiski tika ierobežota no pārējās pasaules uz 200 gadiem, Rietumi pārņēma un sāka attīstīt to. Līdz ar to vēsturiskās sistēmas tika atstātas pagātnē. Arī drošības sistēma tika pārskatīta, tāpēc, izpētot visas iespējas, Japānai piemeklēja vistuvāko policijas modeli un ieviesa jaunu sistēmu, kas pasargāja sabiedrību. Tas nebija pareizais modelis, līdz ar to pieņemto modeli attīstīja, lai tas derētu sabiedrībai. Japānas policijas darbība un attieksme mūsdienās atšķiras no rietumu policijas. Šīs atšķirības padara to unikālu un efektīvu. Tā izgāja vairākas pārmaiņas, mācījās uz savām kļūdām un kļuva par tādu, kas tagad tiek uzskatīta par vienu no labākajām, kas arī ir kā piemērs citām valsts policijas iestādēm. Darbs ir sadalīts trīs daļās. Pirmajā daļā tiek izpētīts kā mūsdienu policijas veidojās un kā attīstījās līdz mūsdienām. Otrajā daļā tiek izpētītas policijas izmaiņas mūsdienās, nozieguma līmeņa izmaiņas un kā tās ietekmēja sabiedrību. Trešajā nodaļā ir apkopoti dati un ir minēta darba autora vīzija par to, kāda ir Japānas policijas nākotne un sabiedrības attieksme pret to. Darbs ir rakstīts latviešu valodā, sastāv no 42 lappusēm, neskaitot titullapu, saturu un avotus.

The aim of thesis “The Formation of Modern Japanese Police in the 20th Century, Development and Influence on the Modern Japanese Society” was to find out whether security in Japan is provided by the Japanese police or by its culture, public education and traditions. Also thesis includes the exploration of how the modern Japanese police were formed, evolved and how it affects Japanese society today. Despite the fact that Japan was closed from the other world for 200 years, West culture and politics took it over and began to develop it. The historical system was left in the past. Security in Japan has been revised and by exploring all the options, the better police model was established to protect the society. The way Japanese police works today are much more different from the Western police. These differences make it unique and effective. It went through multiple changes, learnt from its mistakes and became the police which now are considered to be one of the best police forces, being an example to other national police authorities. The work has three parts. The first chapter describes how the modern police formed and evolved. The second part explores the changes of the police nowadays, the changes of crime level and how it affects the society. The third part provides the summary of collected information and author’s vision of what the future of Japanese police and public attitude would be. The work is written in Latvian. The length of the text is 42 pages, excluding the title page, tables of contents and references.
