Viedtālruņa un planšetdatora lietošana ģimenēs ar bērniem

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Viedtālruņa un planšetdatora lietošana ģimenēs ar bērniem” ir pētījums par viedierīču lomu un nozīmi ģimenēs, kurās tās tiek piešķirtas lietošanai dažāda vecuma bērniem. Tajā tiek aplūkoti vecāku viedokļi un paradumi saistībā ar viedierīču izmantošanu ģimenē, lai skaidrot vecāku, bērnu un tehnoloģiju mijiedarbību. Kā arī viedierīču kā materiālu objektu nozīmi to lietošanā un attiecību veidošanā. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda sociālā nozīme tiek piešķirta viedtālruņiem un/vai planšetdatoriem izmantojot tajos pieejamās aplikācijas ģimenēs ar bērniem. Kā arī apskatīt, kādas pieredzes šo nozīmi veido. Darba rezultāti norāda, ka viedtālruņu un planšetdatoru lietošana ģimenē ir sociāls process. Tās ne tikai sniedz vecākiem iespēju dažādi kontrolēt bērnu pieredzes un izmantot kā audzinošus mehānismus, bet arī izglīto pašus vecākus, mediējot attiecības starp vecākiem, bērniem un sabiedrību.

„Use of smartphones and tablets in families with children” is a research about role and meaning of smart devices in families in which they are granted for use for children of different ages. It looks at parents’ opinions and habits in relation to the use of smart devices in the family to explain parents, children and technology interactions. As well as the meaning of smart devices as a material objects in determining their use and development of relationships. The goal of the research is to find out what social importance in families with children is given to smartphones and/or tablets using applications that are available in them. And to see what kind of experiences create this social importance. The results show that the use of smartphones and tablets is a social process. They not only allow parents to control experiences of their children and use them as educational mechanisms, but they are also educating parents themselves by mediating relationships between parents, children and society.
