Dienvidkorejas un Ziemeļkorejas savstarpējās attiecības līdz 1980.gadam

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Dienvidkorejas un Ziemeļkorejas savstarpējās attiecības līdz 1980.gadam.” Korejas pussala jau vairāk kā sešdesmit gadus ir sadalīta Dienvidkorejā un Ziemeļkorejā. Šis darbs ir veltīts Korejas pussalas politiskajām un militārajām attiecībām, kā arī to attīstībām. Nedaudz vairāk kā četradesmit gadus Dienvidkorejas un Ziemeļkorejas ekonomiskā, politiskā un dzīves situācija ir kā diena un nakts. Un kaut arī abu Korejas pušu sapnis ir noslēgt pamieru un apvienoties, tās vēl joprojām atrodas kara stāvoklī. Abu Koreju attiecības sastāv no sarunām, kuras deaudz neko nemaina, un militārajām provokācijām no Ziemeļkorejas puses. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Lielā Četrinieka ietekmi un spēku Korejas pussalas teritorijas politikā, Dienvidkorejas un Ziemeļkorejas iekšējo izmaiņu ietekme uz abu savstarpējajām attiecībām. Darba pirmajā daļā tiks aprakstīta Korejas pussalas eksistenciālā nozīme Austrumāzijas reģionā, Korejas kara pārvēršanās no pilsoņu kara par starptautiska izmēra konfliktu, Dienvidkorejas un Ziemeļkorejas ceļš uz atgūšanos no kara, un Lielā Četrinieka attiecības ar Dienvidkoreju un Ziemeļkoreju. Darba otrā daļa tiks veltīta abu Korejas pušu attiecību attīstībai gan politiski, gan militāri laika periodā no 1980.gada līdz 2017.gadam.

The title of the bachelor’s paper is “Inter-Korean relations till 1980.” Korean peninsula has been divided in South Korea and North Korea for over sixty years. This work deals with the political and military relations on the Korean peninsula, as well as the development of these relations. For slightly more than forty years the economical, political and life situations of South and North Korea have been like day and night. Although both Korean states dream about peace and reunification, they are still at a state of war. The relations between both Korean states consist of negotiation meetings, that end with no real solutions, and military provocations from North Korea. The purpose of this work is to research the influence and power of the Big Four over the politics on the territory of the Korean peninsula, influence of the domestic changes in South and North Korea in the Inter-Korean relations. The first part of the work includes the importance of the Korean peninsula in the Northeast Asian region, the conversion of the Korean war form civil war to international scale conflict, South and North Koreas road to recovery, and the Big Four’s relationship with South and North Korea. The second part deals with the development of both Korean state political and military relationship from 1980 – 2017.
