Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Vusja žanrs ķīniešu modernajā literatūrā un kino.” Vusja ir ķīniešu daiļliteratūras un kino žanrs, kas balstīts uz cīņas mākslu un fantastikas elementiem. Vusja kino ar fantastikas elementiem savu sākotnējo izcelsmi ir radis ķīniešu daiļliteratūrā.Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot vusja žanra iezīmes ķīniešu modernajā literatūrā un kino. Darba gaitā tiek analizēti literatūras avoti, apskatīti vusja žanra raksturojošie elementi un noskaidrotas vusja žanra iezīmes ķīniešu modernajā literatūrā un kino. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā daļā tiek skaidrots vusja jēdziens ķīniešu kultūrā, noskaidroti žanra aizsākumi un tā raksturojošie elementi. Otrā daļa iepazīstina ar vusja žanra raksturīgajām iezīmēm ķīniešu modernajā literatūrā. Tiek noskaidrotas vusja žanra literatūras attīstības iezīmes 20. gadsimtā, kā arī apskatīti divi Dzjin Jun romāni. Trešā daļa iepazīstina ar vusja žanru modernajā kino. Tiek analizētas divas vusja žanra filmas, saskatot tajās vusja žanram raksturīgās iezīmes. Galvenie darba secinājumi - vusja žanra iezīmes ķīniešu modernajā literatūrā un kino raksturo fantastikas un maģijas elementu, romantikas tēmu izmantošana, literārā darba apjoms un spilgtu māklsiniecisko izteiksmes līdzekļu pielietošana kino. Darba apjoms ir 45 lpp.

The title of this Bachelor’s paper is “Wuxia Genre in Modern Chinese Literature and Cinema.” Wuxia is a genre in Chinese literature and cinema, which is mainly based around martial arts with heavy use of fantasy elements. The aim of this Bachelor’s paper is to find the characteristics of wuxia genre in modern Chinese literature and cinema. In this work can find the analysis of different sources of literature, the exploration of most significant wuxia characterizing elements, as well as outlining them on China’s modern literature and cinema. This paper consists of three parts. The first part clarifies the cocncept of wuxia in Chinese culture, finding out it’s origins and most significant elements. The second part introduces the most critical aspects of wuxia in modern Chinese literature, the evolution of wuxia in 20th century, as well as examination of two novels by Jin Yong. The third part introduces wuxia genre in modern Chinese cinema, consisting of examination of two of the genre’s movies, pointing out the most identifying features of wuxia. The main conclusions – the characteristics of wuxia in modern literature and cinema are portrayed by the heavy use of magic, fantastic elements, as well as the utilization of romantic themes, the overall length of the literary work, and the extensive use of artistic means of expression, in cinema, above all.
