Militārās jomas reālijas apzīmējošā leksika Homēra poēmā Īliada

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma Militārās jomas reālijas apzīmējošā leksika Homēra poēmā “Īliada” izvirza mērķi – pamatojoties uz militārās jomas leksikas analīzi Homēra poēmā Īliada, noskaidrot tekstā pieminēto un raksturoto reāliju atbilstību pirmspolisas periodam. Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi autore iepazinās ar mūsdienu teorētisko un zinātnisko literatūru, kas klāsta par Homēra poēmām un pirmspolisas periodu, un ar vēsturisko literatūru, kas sniedz arheoloģijas liecības par XI-IX gs. p. m. ē.; izpētīja Homēra Īliadas oriģināltekstu un veica nepieciešamo leksēmu atlasi un tulkojumu. Pētījumā tika izmantota sastatījuma metode. Pētījuma beigās tika secināts, ka atsevišķas aprakstītās Homēra Īliadā militārās jomas reālijas neatbilst pirmspolisas periodam. Tas var liecināt par dažādu laiku uzslāņojumu un apstiprināt zinātnieku izvirzīto teoriju, ka poēma tika pakļauta izmaiņām laika gaitā.

The aim or the bachelor’s paper – Vocabulary of Military Realia in Homer’s “Iliad”, is to clarify the conformity of realia with pre-polis period, based on analysis of military vocabulary in Homer’s Iliad. To achieve this goal the author researched the modern theoretical and scientific literature, that tells about Homer’s poems and pre-polis period, and with historical literature, that provides archeological evidence of the XI-IX BC; author studied Homer’s Iliad’s original text and made the selection and translation of the necessary vocabulary. There was used aligning method. At the end of the study author came to conclusion, that some of the military realia described in Homer’s Iliad does not conform with pre-polis period. This may show that there are different layers of time in a poem, and could confirm the theory, that poem went through changes over time.
