Bakalaura darba Sengrieķu traģēdijas tekstu citējumi Sudas leksikonā: Aishils mērķis ir izpētīt Aishila darbu citēšanu Sudas leksikonā un atklāt tās leksikogrāfisko nozīmi. Darbā tiek risināti jautājumi par seno tekstu citēšanas nepieciešamību un tās lomu viduslaiku leksikogrāfiskā darba tapšanā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek skaidrota vārdnīcas, enciklopēdijas un leksikona jēdzienu izpratne, tiek sniegts vispārīgs viduslaiku leksikonu raksturojums, kā arī tiek izklāstīti pētījuma mērķim svarīgie fakti par Sudas leksikonu un Aishila literāro darbību. Praktiskajā daļā ir apskatītas par Aishilu un viņa ģimeni leksikonā atrodamās biogrāfiskās ziņas un tiek analizēti viņa darbu pieminējumi un citējumi glosās. Pētījumā ir analizēti līdz mūsdienām saglabājušos un zudušo Aishila lugu fragmenti, kas ir citēti Sudas leksikonā. The aim of the Bachelor’s Thesis Citation of Ancient Greek Tragedy Texts in the Suda Lexicon: Aeschylus is to investigate the citation of Aeschylus’s works in the Suda lexicon and to clarify its lexicographical meaning. Research deals with the subject of citation of ancient texts and its necessity as well as its role in the medieval lexicographical work creation. Theoretical part consists of three chapters that deal with the concepts of vocabulary, encyclopaedia and lexicon, gives general description of medieval lexicons and states the most important facts about Suda lexicon and Aeschylus’s creative activity according to the aim of this research. The practical part explores biographical information about Aeschylus and his family found in the lexicon and also analyses references on his works as well as its citation in glosses. The practical part of this research is based on the analysis of Aeschylus’s lost and surviving plays’ fragments, which are cited in the Suda lexicon.
