Latviešu laikraksti trimdā (1945-1949): Rietumvācijas un Zviedrijas piemērs

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs veltīts latviešu trimdas bēgļu dzīves atspoguļojumam trimdas laikā izdotajos latviešu laikrakstos Vācijā un Zviedrijā. Pētījumā galvenā uzmanība tiek pievērsta vēstures avotos minētajiem viedokļiem un pētījumiem par latviešu bēgļu ikdienas un kultūras dzīves attīstību, tādējādi analizējot latviešu bēgļu dzīves līmeņa izmaiņas trimdas periodā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt laikrakstus, kuri izdoti Rietumvācijā un Zviedrijā pirmajos pēckara gados, izmantojot laikrakstus, zinātniskus darbus, kā arī arhīva materiālus un literatūru, lai noteiktu latviešu bēgļu dzīves līmeni trimdas periodā. Galvenie secinājumi liecina, ka bēgļu dzīve bija sākotnēji ļoti zemā līmenī, taču, laika gaitā, situācija ļoti uzlabojās, kā arī kultūras dzīve bija ļoti aktīva un tika saglabātas daudzas latviešu tradīcijas, kuras, iespējams, pat mūsdienās nebūtu, ja mūsu emigranti nebūtu tās tik ļoti glabājušas.

The Bachelor’s Paper is devoted to reflect the life quality of latvian emigrants during the exile period in published latvian newspapers in Germany and Sweden. The research focuses on the opinions and historical researches about the everyday life and cultural life developments of latvian emigrants, thus analyzing the latvian emigrant changes in life quality during the exile period. The aim of the Paper is devotet to research newspapers, that were published in West – Germany and Sweden in the first years after the was, using newspapers, scientific materials and also archive materials and literature to evaluate the living standart changes during the exile period. The main conclusions: the living standarts for latvian emigrants at the beginning were very low, however, as time past, the situation got a lot better, as well did the cultural life, which was very active and saved a lot of latvian traditions, which, possibly, wouldn’t even be now, if our emigrants wouldn’t have kept them so safely.
