Slimība un nāve XXI gadsimta literatūrā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir nāves un slimību pētīšana un analīze 21. gs. literatūra. Galvenā problēma ir saprast un apskatīt kā Autors rada slimā vai pirms nāves stāvoklī esošā cilvēka jēdzienu un autentisku pirmo iespaidu savā darbā. Kā pētījuma materiāls ir ņemtas divas noveles: “The Fault in Our Stars”, darba autors ir John Green un “Bis auf den letzten Schritt”, darba autors ir Iris Lieser. Noveles tiks salīdzinātas un analizētas pēc darbu izpētes. Kā centrālais pētījuma mērķis būs ņemti galvenie varoņi no abām novelēm, kas tiks analizēti pēc to rakstura, sociālās aktivitātes, varoņu garīgā un fiziskā stāvokļa. Temata uzmanība tiks pievērsta uz sociālo apkārtni, kas aptver galvenos varoņus, lai saprastu kā slimi cilvēki tiek attēloti sabiedrībā un kā tie izturas tajā. Analīze būs balstīta uz to, cik lielā mērā darbs atbilst patiesībai, uz kura ir balstītas abas noveles.

The main topic of bachelor is to make a research and analysis of death and illness in the literature of the 21st century. The main problem is to explore and understand how an author is building a concept and right impression of ill character or its pre–death condition in his work. As a research material will be taken two novels: “The Fault in Our Stars” by John Green and “Bis auf den letzten Schritt” by Iris Lieser. Both novels will be compared and analyzed after the research. As a central target will be taken main characters from both novels, which then will be analyzed by their character, social activity, their mental and physical condition. Topic’s attention will be focused on social environment that surrounds main characters, to understand how ill people are showed in society and how do they behave in it. Analysis will be based on level of fiction that both novels are positioned on.
