Heraldiskās simbolikas attīstība Latvijas teritorijā, 13.-16.gs.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Heraldiskās simbolikas attīstība Latvijas teritorijā, 13.-16.gs.” uzdevums ir apkopot galveno heraldiskās simbolikas avotu grupu – sfragistisko un numismātisko avotu – piemērus, ar mērķi atspoguļot heraldiskās simbolikas attīstību Latvijas teritorijā no Rietumu kultūras ienākšanas brīža līdz Livonijas pastāvēšanas beigām. Darba struktūru veido četras nodaļas, kurās atspoguļota heraldikas attīstība, lietošanas principi. Pirmā nodaļa veltīta procesiem, kuru rezultātā reģionā ienāk heraldika, bet pārējās trīs nodaļas iedalītas atbilstoši avotu grupām – sfragistika, numismātika, un avoti, kas nav ierindojami šajās avotu grupās.

The Bachelor’s thesis “The Development of the heraldic symbols in territory of Latvia, 13th-16th century” aim is to collect heraldic symbols in Latvia from 13th-16th century main sources – sphragistic and numismatic material – to show the development of heraldic symbols from the beginning of entrance of Western culture into the region up until the end of Livonia. The thesis consist of four chapters including a chapter on processes that result in appearance of heraldic symbols in the region, while the following three chapters are divided according to the source groups – sphragistic, numismatic and sources that are neither seals nor coins.
