Vācbaltiešu nacionālās komitejas ietekme Latvijas politikā 1918.-1920.g.

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek analizēta vācbaltiešu nacionālās komitejas ietekme Latvijas politikā laika posmā no 1918. – 1920. gadam. Šī pētījuma tēma ir aktuāla, jo tā savā izpētē ir bijusi ļoti politizēta. Vācbaltiešu nacionālā komiteja nebija viennozīmīga, kā arī tā piedzīvoja izmaiņas visā pētījumā aplūkotajā laika posmā un līdz ar to arī tās attiecības ar Latvijas valdību. Galvenais darba mērķis ir noskaidrot vācbaltiešu nacionālās komitejas un Latvijas valdības politisko mijiedarbību un nacionālās komitejas lomu Latvijas politikā 1918. – 1920.gadā. Darba izpildei izvirzītie uzdevumi ir aplūkot latviešu un vācbaltiešu sociāli politiskās domas izveidi un savstarpējo mijiedarbību. Analizēt galvenos faktorus un problēmas, kas izraisīja domstarpības starp Latvijas Pagaidu valdību un Vācbaltiešu nacionālo komiteju. Izvērtēt Vācbaltiešu nacionālās komitejas izmaiņas pēc Cēsu kaujām un tās lomu politiskajā situācijā attiecīgajā laika posmā.

The bachelor paper analyzes the influence of the Baltic Germans' National Committee in Latvian politics between 1918 and 1920. The topic of this research is relevant because it has been highly politicized in its research. The Baltic German National Committee was not unambiguous, and it was undergoing a change throughout the time period analyzed in this study and, consequently, its relations with the Latvian government. The main aim of the work is to ascertain the role of the Baltic-Latvian and Latvian political interactions and the role of the National Committee in Latvian politics in 1918-1920. The tasks set for the work are to look at the creation and mutual interaction of the Latvian and Baltic German social-political thought. To analyze the main factors and problems that caused disagreement between the Provisional Government of Latvia and the Baltic German National Committee. To evaluate the changes of the German Baltic national committee after the Cesis battles and its role in the political situation during the relevant period.
