Gogolis literatūrzinātnieku un režisoru interpretācijās.

Abstract

Šis maģistra darbs ir veltīts 1926. un 1959. gadu filmu ”Šinelis” savstarpējai salīdzināšanai, kā arī salīdzināšanai ar atbilstošu literatūras virzienu kontekstu. Autors apraksta formālistu Gogoļa interpretāciju kopumā un konkrēti “Šineļa” interpretāciju, un ar šo kontekstu salīdzina 1926. gada filmu. Tas pats ir darīts ar 1959. gada filmu un tajā laikā valdošo padomju socioloģisko interpretāciju, kura ir pamatota uz Krievijas literatūras kritiķa G. Beļinska viedokļa. Tieši uz “Šinelis” piemēra – kā literāra darba un divām tā ekranizācijām, saite starp laterālās un režisūras interpretācijas ir redzama visvairāk, tāpēc tas arī bija izvēlēts no visiem tēmai atbilstošiem materiāliem. Darbs var būt interesants pētniekiem, kas nodarbojas ar līdzīgām problēmām, kā arī visiem kas izrāda interesi par klasiskās krievu literatūras ekranizācijām.

This master's thesis is dedicated to describing the movies "The Overcoat" of 1926 and 1959 and comparing them to each other, as well as to the context of the corresponding tendencies of literary studies. The author describes the interpretation of Gogol as a whole and "The Overcoat" in particular by formalists and compares the 1926 film with that context. The same is done with the 1959 film and the Soviet sociological interpretation, which dominated during that time period and has its roots in the opinions of V. G. Belinsky, a Russian literary critic. It's precisely the example of "The Overcoat" as a literary work and these two films that showcase the ties between the interpretations of a text by literary scholars and film directors most clearly, which is exactly why this material was chosen out of everything that suited the topic. This work is of interest for scholars working on similar problems, as well as for fans of film adaptations of classic Russian literature.
