Ziemeļkorejas kodolkara draudu atspoguļojums medijos: kritiskā diskursa analīze

Abstract

Viena no galvenajām problēmām pasaulē ir kodolieroču konflikts starp Ziemeļkoreju un Amerikas Savienotajām Valstīm. Šī darba mērķis bija analizēt nominācijas, apgalvošanas un perspektivizācijas diskursīvo stratēģiju lietojumu tiešsaistes laikrakstos, kas atspoguļo informāciju par Ziemeļkorejas kodoldraudiem. Pētījums tika balstīts uz kritiskās diskursa analīzes diskursa vēsturisko pieeju (Rīsigls un Vodaka, 2016). Kvalitatīvā un kvantitatīvā diskursa analīze tika pielietota, lai izpētītu valodas līdzekļus, ko izmanto izvēlēto stratēģiju realizēšanā, lai sasniegtu noteiktos diskursīvos mērķus. Galvenais secinājums atklāja, ka visas analizētās stratēģijas tiek pielietotas izvēlētajos tiešsaistes laikrakstos un katra stratēģija izpilda savu noteikto mērķi, kas apliecina, ka tās tiek nepārtraukti pielietotas laikrakstos noteiktas tēmas atspoguļošanai. /

The nuclear weapon conflict between North Korea and the United States of America is one of the major concerns in the world. The main goal of the research was to study the use of the selected discursive strategies, namely, the nomination, predication and perspectivization strategies used in online newspaper articles on North Korean nuclear war threats. The empirical study was based on the discourse-historical approach (Reisigl and Wodak, 2016) to critical discourse analysis. It used a qualitative discourse analysis with some elements of the quantitative perspective to explore the linguistic devices used in the realization of the selected strategies adopted to achieve discursive objectives. The main conclusion suggests that all the analysed strategies are applied in the selected online newspapers and each strategy fulfils its objective, which confirms that strategies are constantly used in the newspapers to reflect a particular topic.
