Skolotaju profesionalo organizaciju darbiba Latvija (1918-1940)
Veicot historiografisko avotu analizi, sintezi un interpretaciju, Latvijas izglitibas vide un
pedagogiska situacija lauj atklat un izpetit pedagogisko paradigmu mainu 20. gadsimta 20.-30
gados. Lidz ar socialpolitiskajam un ekonomiskajam parmainam valsti parmainas izglitibas
politika ir logiskas, reala dzive izvirza nepieciešamibu konsolideties profesionalas
organizacijas. Nozimigu ieguldijumu izglitibas politikas un satura virziba veic skolotaju
profesionalas organizacijas. Aktivakas no tam – Latvijas Skolotaju savieniba (1917-1934) un
Latvijas Nacionalo Skolotaju savieniba (1923-1939), kuras savstarpejas diskusijas realize
nacionalas izglitibas filozofijas teoriju un praksi, nemot vera gan Latvijas pedagogiskas
domas mantojumu, gan pasaules pedagogisko pieredzi.
Atslegas vardi: paradigma, organizacija, savieniba, biedriba Activities of Professional Organizations of Teachers in Latvia (1918-1940).
Historiographic analysis of pedagogical sources, synthesis and interpretation of Latvia
educational environment and pedagogical situation in 20th -30th of the 20th century reveals
and explains changes of different pedagogical paradigms. Changes in social, political and
economical spheres come together with logical changes in educational paradigm - the
necessity of real life is consolidation in professional organizations. The professional
organizations of teachers were making a great contribution in development of educational
politic in Latvia. The most active and remarkable were – The Organization of Latvian
Teachers (1917-1934) and The Organization of Latvian National Teachers (1923-1939).
Discussions between them help to realize theory and practice of national educational
philosophy, where come together heritage of Latvia pedagogical ideas and opinion of foreign
pedagogy.
