Bibliskie arhetipi N. Ikstenas romānā "Jaunavas mācība"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā veikta visaptveroša Noras Ikstenas romāna “Jaunavas mācība” (2001) biblisko arhetipu analīze. Uzmanība pievērsta romāna centrālajiem motīviem – paaudžu jautājumam saistībā ar biblisko mitoloģiju un to mijiedarbībai kopējā vēstījumā. Sekots līdzi varoņu personības integrācijai un arhetipu lomai integrācijas procesā. Literārajā analīzē ņemtas vērā atsevišķu daļu un veseluma attiecības; meklētas sakarības starp tiem, ņemot vērā romānā, Bībelē un literatūras avotos atrasto informāciju. Darba mērķis ir izprast biblisko arhetipu nozīmi un dabu, to lomu romānā.

Bachelor thesis offers a comprehensive look at N. Iksten novel’s “The Teaching of The Virgin” biblical archetype analysis. The focus of this paper is on novel’s central motives – the question of generations in connection with biblical mythology and it’s coexistence in the creation of meaning. In the bachelor thesis the main character’s personality integration and the role of archetypes in this process has been observed. In the process of analysis the whole and it’s relationships to parts have been taken into consideration; connections between them have been observed in relation to foundings in the novel itself, Bible and other literary content. The objective is to understand the meaning and nature of biblical archetypes, their role in novel.
