Bakalaura darba tēma ir "Džiu džicu vēsture un attīstība". Džiu džicu ir viena no senākajām cīņas mākslām pasaulē, kas laika gaitā ir ietekmējusi cīņas mākslu, kā arī Japānas un pasaules vēsturi. Darba mērķis bija izklāstīt džiu džicu attīstību un tā transformāciju jaunās cīņas mākslās. Lai izveidotu pēc iespējas uzticamāku darbu tika izmantota literatūra un elektroniskie informācijas avoti no dažādām valstīm un dažādiem laika periodiem. Theme of the thesis is "History and Evolution of Jiu Jitsu". Jiu Jitsu is one of the oldest martial arts in the world, that over time has influenced not only the history of martial arts, but also the history of Japan and the world. The objective of this thesis is to explain evolution of Jiu Jitsu and its transformation into new martial arts. To ensure the reliability of the thesis the author has used literary and electronic sources of information from different countries and different time periods.
