Lūgšanu krelles kristietības tradīcijā

Abstract

Darbs ir par lūgšanu krellēm kristietības tradīcijā un lūgšanu kreļļu materiālo un garīgo aspektu. Pētījuma mērķis ir izprast to nozīmi lūgšanu praksē dažādās kristīgajās konfesijās. Tika apskatītas lūgšanas, lūgšanu kreļļu lietošanas attīstība un savstarpēja mijiedarbība, kā arī tautas dievbijība un baznīcas mācības mijiedarbība. Uzmanība pievērsta baznīctēvu izstrādātām metodēm garīgo vingrinājumu un lūgšanu kreļļu pielietojumam. Darba izveidei veiktas intervijas, literatūras apkopojums un analīze par lūgšanu kreļļu lietojumu kristietībā. Rezultātā, netiek apstiprināta tēze, ka lūgšanu kreļļu nozīme kristietībā ir vienlīdz svarīga kā garīgā, tā arī materiālā aspektā, jo lūgšanu kreļļu būtība katrā tradīcijā netiek uztverta viennozīmīgi.

The paper deals with a subject of prayer beads in the Christian tradition and their material and spiritual aspects. The research aims at finding out the meaning of prayer beads in prayer practice in various Christian denominations. It focuses on the development of prayers and prayer beads and their interaction as well as the interaction of people’s devoutness and the teaching of Church. The paper is based on interviews, compilation of literature on the role of prayer beads in Christianity and the analysis of the literature. The results of the reasearh show that the suggested thesis that importance of prayer beads in Christianity is equally important both in spiritual and material aspect is not confirmed, because the essence of prayer beads in various traditions is not perceived unambiguously.
