Medicīnas iestāžu struktūra un sastāvs Latgalē 1920.-1940.gads: Jaunlatgales apriņķa piemērs
Abstract
Pētījums veltīts līdz šim historiogrāfijā neaplūkotai tēmai – medicīnas iestāžu struktūra un sastāvam Latgalē no 1920. līdz 1940.gadam, aplūkojot to caur Jaunlatgales apriņķa piemēru. Mērķis ir izpētīt medicīnas iestāžu struktūru, sastāvu un darbību Latgalē starpkaru periodā, izmantojot Jaunlatgales apriņķa piemēru, un izvērtēt to Latgales un Latvijas mēroga kontekstā, analizējot apriņķa medicīnas iestāžu atšķirības no pārējās Latgales teritorijas. Darbā sākotnēji skatīta medicīniskā situācija Latgalē pirms Latvijas Republikas dibināšanas, kā arī medicīnas nozares pārvalde starpkaru periodā. Tālāk pētījumā analizēta vispārējā sanitārā un administratīvā situācija Jaunlatgales apriņķī, kā arī Jaunlatgales apriņķa medicīnas iestāžu – slimnīcu, ambulanču un veselības kopšanas punktu darbība. Jaunlatgales apriņķis starpkaru periodā izveidojās kā jauna administratīvajai vienība, kas būtiski ietekmēja medicīnas iestāžu darbību šajā reģionā. The subject of research is structure and staff of medical institutions in Latgale from 1920 to 1940: Example of Jaunlatgale county. The aim of research is to study the structure, staff and functions of medical institutions in Latgale during the interwar period, using the example of Jaunlatgales county, and to evaluate it in the context of Latgale and Latvia, analyzing the differences of county medical institutions from the rest of Latgale territory. At the beginning of the research is described the medical situation in Latgale before the establishment of the Republic of Latvia, as well as the administration of the medical institutions during the interwar period. Further, the study analyzes the overall sanitary and administrative situation in Jaunlatgale county, as well describes medical institutions of the Jaunlatgales county. County was formed as a new administrative unit in the interwar period, which had a significant impact on the operation of medical institutions in the region.
