dc.description.abstractPromocijas darbs „Kadastra kartes novērtēšana” ir veltīts kadastra kartes kvalitātes novērtēšanas pieejas izstrādei un tās pielietošanai LR Valsts zemes dienestā. Promocijas darba mērķis ir izstrādāt kadastra kartes novērtēšanas pieeju, kura balstīta uz LR VZD Kadastra ekspertu viedokļiem par kadastra kartes kvalitāti atkarībā no tās lietošanas mērķa. Promocijas darba galvenais rezultāts ir kadastra kartes novērtēšanas pieeja, kuru pielietojot definē kadastra kartes kvalitātes parametrus, to vērtību kopas, kvalitātes klases un novērtē kadastra kartes kvalitāti atkarībā no lietošanas mērķa. Izstrādātā pieeja tiek lietota LR VZD. Autores izstrādāto pieeju var pielietot arī cita tipa objektu novērtēšanai, kuriem ir dažādi lietošanas mērķi un dažādas prasības pret to kvalitāti. Promocijas darba pamatteksts ir izklāstītas uz 130 lpp. un 6 pielikumiem, ilustrēts ar 51 attēlu, 30 tabulām un 20 formulām.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe promotion paper “Cadastral Map Evaluation” is dedicated to elaboration of an approach to cadastral map quality evaluation and implementation of it by State Land Service of the Republic of Latvia (SLS). The aim of the promotion paper is to elaborate an approach to cadastral map quality evaluation, which is based on SLS experts' opinions about cadastral map quality depending on its usage points. The main result of the promotion paper is the approach to cadastral map quality evaluation, which is used to define cadastral map quality evaluation parameters and to evaluate cadastral map quality depending on the aim of use. The elaborated approach is implemented by SLS. The author's elaborated approach can be implemented for evaluation of other type objects, which have different purposes of use and different quality requirements. The promotion paper contains 130 pages of body text and is illustrated with 51 pictures, 20 formulas, 30 tables and 6 appendixes.en_US
