Zur LanganzeigeZusammenfassung
Darbā izskatītas silīciju un germāniju saturošo furāna un tiofēna sintēzes metodes. Sintezēti jauni silīciju un germāniju saturoši heterilketoni un to karbonilgrupas atvasinājumi, heterilnitroetēni, heterilbenzimidazoli un N-alkilēti heterilbenzimidazoli, noteiktas jauno savienojumu struktūras un pārbaudīta to citotoksiskā aktivitāte uz vēža šūnām (HT-1080 un MG-22G) un normāliem fibroblastiem (3T3).
Iegūtas dažādas furilsililamīna savienojumu grupas, pārbaudīta to citotoksiskā darbība, izpētīta dažādu faktoru ietekme (elementorganiskā aizvietotāja novietojums heterociklu gredzenā un to struktūra, ķēdes garums, furāna gredzenu daudzums) uz jauno savienojumu bioloģisko aktivitāti. Jauniem savienojumiem ir veikta struktūras un aktivitātes sakarību analīze un konstatēts spēcīgs silīcija un germānija aizvietotāju efekts uz savienojuma citotoksisko aktivitāti in vitro. There were reviewed silicon and germanium containing furan and thiophene synthesis methods in this work. There were synthesized new series of silicon- or germanium-containing hetarylketones and corresponding carbonyl- derivatives, heterylnitroethenes, heterylbenzimidazoles and N-alkylated heterylbenzimidazoles, as well as studied structure of these compounds and their in vitro cytotoxicity in cancer cells (HT-1080 and MG-22G) and normal fibroblasts (3T3).
There were synthesized a variety of furylsilylamine containing groups, studied their cytotoxic activity and influence of different factors (the site of elementorganic substitute in the ring of heterocycle as well as their structure, length of the chain, amount of the furane rings) on the biological properties of the new compounds.
An analysis of structure – activity relationship for the cytotoxic action of the new compounds clearly indicated the strong influence of the silicon and germanium substituent in heterocycle on cytotoxic effect in vitro.
