Pieaugušo personības pilnveidošanās tautas skolā

Abstract

Promocijas darbs pedagoģijas zinātnē ir veltīts aktuālai 21. gadsimta problēmai pieaugušo pedagoģijas jomā – pārejai no modernās uz postmoderno pieaugušā personības izpratni un līdz ar to pakāpeniskai fokusa maiņai no kognitīvajām personības pilnveidošanās teorijām uz visaptverošajām personības pilnveidošanās pieejām. Kvalitatīvais lauka pētījums ietvēra sešas speciāli atlasītas tautas skolas Latvijā un Dānijā, 52 audzēkņus, 32 andragogus un 5 skolu direktorus. Pētījuma rezultātā tika izstrādāti pieaugušo personības pilnveidošanās kritēriji tautas skolā, raksturota tautas skolas mācīšanās vide, tās pamataspekti un rādītāji, kā arī izstrādāts un aprobēts pieaugušo mācīšanās vides modelis personības pilnveidošanai tautas skolā.

Mag.paed. Ludmila Babajeva’s doctoral thesis “Adults’ personal development in the folk high school” in andragogy in the subfield of pedagogy is devoted to a topical problem of the 21st century - the transition from the understanding of a modern to postmodern personality of an adult, and to the gradual transition from the cognitive personal development theories to the comprehensive personal development approaches. The qualitative field study involved six specially selected folk high schools in Latvia and Denmark, 52 adult learners, 32 andragogues and 5 school head teachers. As a result of the research, the criteria for personal development of an adult in a folk high school have been developed, the learning environment of a folk high school has been described, its main aspects and indicators, and a model of the learning environment for personal development in a folk high school have been developed and approbated.
