Reliģiskā cionisma kustība Latvijā: vēsture, organizācijas, ietekme

Abstract

Šī promocijas darba mērķis ir kritiski analizēt un pētīt reliģiskā cionisma vēsturisko attīstību, īpaši fokusējoties uz tā aspektiem Latvijas teritorijā. Detalizēti pētīts tiek reliģiskā cionisma ideju iespaids uz ebreju garīgās domas reliģiskajiem un politiskajiem aspektiem. Šī darba tēze ir: Izšķiroša loma reliģiskā cionisma attīstībā bija Latvijas rabīnu teoloģiskiem skaidrojumiem un Latvijas reliģiskā cionisma politisko līderu darbībai. Darbā tiek aplūkots plašs reliģiskā cionisma spektrs, pētījums sākas ar rabīnu J. Alkalaja un Z. Kališera pirmajām proto-cionisma idejām, turpinās ar modernā reliģiskā cionisma ideju pamatlicēju Bauskas rabīnu M. Eliasberga un A.I. Kuka garīgās un reliģiskās bāzes aplūkošanu, viņu ideju attīstību Latvijā, kuras visredzamāk pārstāvēja Mizrahi organizācija ar rabīnu M. Nuroku vadībā, kā arī reliģisko cionistu jaunatnes organizācija Hašomer Hadati Bnei Akiva. Šim pētījumam ir starpdisciplināra pieeja, jo tas ietver lielu skaitu reliģiskā cionisma teoloģisko aspektu, kā arī tā vēsturiskās izpausmes Latvijā. Pētījumā tiek izmantoti vēsturiskie avoti, informācija, zinātniskā literatūra, kā arī tādi avoti, kā prese. Liela nozīme ir iepriekš nepublicētu arhīvu materiālu pienesumam, kuri tagad ir darīti pieejami lasītājiem. Tiek izmantoti Latvijas Valsts vēstures arhīva materiāli par Mizrahi darbību Latvijā. Būtībā vietējos arhīvos ir maz informācijas par cionistu kustību, daudzi materiāli laika gaitā ir gājuši bojā. Daudzus nozīmīgus materiālus ir izdevies iegūt ārzemju arhīvos, kā piemēru var minēt interviju ar M. Nuroku, kas atradās Latvijas un Igaunijas ebreju izceļotāju arhīvā Šforaimas kibuca arhīvā Izraēlā, kā arī fotogrāfijas, kurās ir attēlots M. Nuroks, M. Eliasbergs, M. Eliasberga vēstuli, kas adresēta Hovevei Cion biedriem Kijevā un atradās Centrālajā Cionisma arhīvā Jeruzalemē. Daudz atbilstošas un svarīgas informācijas atrodas attiecīgā laika perioda preses izdevumos, kas sniedza ieskatu Mizrahi attiecībās ar citām organizācijām, ebreju un neebreju politiskajām partijām, uzskatiem. Īpaši var izcelt tādus izdevumus kā Ashmodai, Svari, Ahdut, Evrejskaja Tribuna, Segodnja. The scope of the present thesis is to critically research and analyse the historical development of religious Zionism especial focusing on the aspects of its development in the territory of Latvia. The influence of the religious Zionism on the religious and political views of the Jewish thought and life is examined in detail. The thesis of this paper – Theological explanations of Latvian rabbies and activities of Latvian political leaders of religious Zionism had a crucial role in the developing of the ideas of the movement of modern religious Zionism. This paper deals with the vast spectrum of the religious and political Zionism and the research scope does stretch from the analysis of first ideas of the proto-zionists to the ideas of rabbis J. Alcalai and Z. Kalisher and the spiritual background of the founders of the idea of modern religious Zionism to the thought world of rabbis M. Eliasberg and A.I. Kook and the evolution of these ideas in Latvia as they were represented by the Mizrahi movement, rabbi Mordechai Nurok and youth organisation Hashomer Hadati Bnei Akiva. The present research is done in an interdisciplinary approach and it does involve a number of theological aspects of the religious Zionism and its historical political embodiments in Latvia. All available historical sources, information and scientific literature as well as common narratives, for instance printed media, are identified regarding their validity to the research and analysed within the paper. Of utmost importance is the contribution of previously unpublished archive materials which now are made available to the academic and general public. The materials of the State Archive of History of Latvia about the Mizrahi organisation in Latvia are examined. In fact the local archives present very sparse information about the Zionist movements as many documents are gone lost during the devastating impact of the local history events. A good example here is the loss of the correspondence between the Jewish organisations. Exceptionally valuable is the interview of Mordechai Nurok which was found in the Archive of Jews form Latvia and Estonia (Israel) and the photographs depicting Mordechai Nurok, Mordechai Eliasberg and his letter to the Hovevei Zion organisation found in the Central Zionist Archive (Israel). A significant amount of relevant and important information was found in the printed media, and these provide with an insight about the activities and relations between Mizrahi and other organisations as well as their connections with the diverse movements and organisations of religious Zionism, other Jewish and non Jewish parties and organisations. The magazines and journals like Segodnja, Evrejskaja Tribuna, Ashmodai and Ahdut were examined regarding the research scope. The photographical and visual materials are outstanding resource of valuable information and they are represented in two annexes, which describe and depict the activities of the organisation Hashomer Hadati Bnei Akiva and Mizrahi.
