dc.description.abstractThis research is devoted to the comparative analysis of shareholders` agreements in international corporate law. The research is conducted on the example of common law (predominantly the United Kingdom) and civil law countries (on the example of Latvia and the Russian Federation) and is limited by the impact of shareholders` agreements on the corporate sphere of companies limited by shares. The author examines the historical aspects of the emergence of shareholders` agreements, common issues of their application, as well as the direct impact of shareholders` agreements on the corporate sphere of companies.en_US
