The impact of secondary movement to the effectiveness of Dublin III Regulation

Abstract

The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the secondary movements of the asylum seekers and indicate the impact they create. This paper contributes to the discussion of asylum seekers in Europe and desired harmonisation of their treatment. Initial part of the thesis consists of introducing the reader to the subject as well as terms used. Afterwards, the development of the rights approved will be systematically examined through the international conventions, European Union’s regulations, treaties as well as the case law. The legislation will be presented in order to allow reader to focus on the desired goal and serve as supplementary evidence required to conduct the analysis. Then the paper will look at differences of Dublin systems implementation in different European Union Member States.
