Pārmaiņu vadība profesionālās izglītības satura pilnveidošanā Latvijā

Abstract

Promocijas darba aktualitāte pamatota ar profesionālajā izglītībā neatrisinātām problēmām kā profesionālās izglītības satura neatbilstība darba tirgus prasībām, mūžizglītības iespēju nodrošināšana formālajā profesionālajā izglītībā un profesionālās izglītības kvalitāte. Teorētiskās daļas pirmajā nodaļā sniegts ieskats profesionālās izglītības sistēmas vēsturiskajā attīstībā, raksturotas izglītības paradigmas. Otrajā nodaļā raksturota profesionālās izglītības sistēmas iekšējā un ārējā vide. Trešajā nodaļā analizētas pārmaiņu vadības teorijas. Praktiski pētnieciskā daļa ietver profesionālās izglītības satura izstrādi reglamentējošo normatīvo dokumentu satura analīzi un autores veiktu empīrisku pētījumu. Nobeigumā rezumēti darba rezultāti un sniegts aizstāvēšanai izvirzīto tēžu apstiprinājums. Ieteikumu sadaļā iekļauti priekšlikumi profesionālās izglītības satura izstrādē un īstenošanā iesaistīto institūciju sadarbības pilnveidošanai, kā arī autores izveidotais profesionālās izglītības modelis.

The topicality of the Doctoral Thesis lies in the problems unsolved in the sector of vocational education: adequacy of the content of vocational education for the requirements in the labour market, assurance of opportunities for life-long education in formal vocational education, quality of vocational education. The first section of the theory part provides an insight into the historical development of the system of vocational education. The second section describes the internal and external environment of the vocational education system. The third section includes an analysis of change management theories. The practical research part of the Doctoral Thesis includes an analysis of the documents regulating the development of the content of vocational education and the empirical study conducted by the author. The obtained results and their interpretation provide information on the contributions of the respondents to the development of the content of vocational education. The conclusion includes a summary of the results of the work and a confirmation of the theses proposed for defence.
