Latvijas PSR rūpniecības attīstība pēc Otrā pasaules kara: būvmateriālu ražošanas nozares piemērs (1944-1953)

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt galvenās Latvijas PSR rūpniecības attīstības iezīmes pēckara gados, balstoties uz būvmateriālu ražošanas nozares piemēru un galveno uzmanību pievēršot šīs nozares darbības svarīgākajiem rādītājiem. Darba ietvaros, balstoties uz arhīva materiāliem, tika apzināta Latvijas PSR tautsaimniecības struktūra un tās atjaunošanas procesi no Otrā pasaules kara beigām līdz 1953. gadam, šim mērķim padziļināti izpētot vienu no tās svarīgākajam nozarēm – būvmateriālu rūpniecību, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot ražošanas procesam, ražotajai produkcijai un galvenajiem darbības rādītājiem. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka lai gan būvmateriālu ražošanai bija piešķirta stratēģiskā nozīme un tā bija strauji jāattīsta, realitātē tās stāvoklis pētāmajā laika posmā bija prioritārai tautsaimniecības nozarei neatbilstošs.

The purpose of this master’s thesis is to explore the main trends of industrial development in the Latvian SSR after World War II, based on the example of the building materials industry and focusing on its key performance indicators. The research studies the structure of the national economy of the Latvian SSR and the process of its recovery during the period from the end of World War II to 1953, conducting the in-depth research of one of its most important sectors—the industry of building materials, paying special attention to the manufacturing process and products, as well as to the key performance indicators. The result of the study shows that although strategic importance was given to the production of building materials, as it had to be developed rapidly, its condition was discrepant from the claimed priority during the study period.
